How do you protect wine in Calgary's dry climate?
With a well-sealed, insulated room, a continuous vapour barrier and a cooling system that also helps keep humidity in range. These are designed together so the cellar holds stable conditions year-round.
Does a wine cellar need its own cooling system?
For long-term storage, yes. A dedicated cooling unit plus proper insulation and a vapour barrier keeps temperature and humidity stable. We coordinate the system during design.
Can a wine cellar have glass walls?
Yes. Frameless glass enclosures are popular for display. The glass, door seals and cooling are specified together so the cellar holds its conditions.
Where is the best place for a wine cellar?
