In St. Andrews Heights, a family of four had outgrown a two-bedroom bungalow. Kay2 added a second storey of more than 800 square feet with a primary suite and three bedrooms, rebuilt the main floor around a new kitchen, and gave the house a new stone and stucco exterior. Elsewhere in the northwest, our 19th Street home addition added a chef's island kitchen, a mudroom and a primary retreat, and its ensuite was a 2023 BILD Calgary Region Awards finalist.
