Our website
We aim to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1, Level AA. The website is designed to work with keyboards, screen readers and browser zoom. It uses descriptive text for images, clear headings, readable colour contrast, and captions or descriptions for videos where we can. It respects your device's reduced-motion setting.
Some content, such as older videos, PDFs and pages from other websites we link to, may not yet fully meet these guidelines. We are working to improve them.
Information in another format
If any part of the website is hard to use, or you would like our guides or other information in another format, contact us. We will provide it in a format that works for you, such as large print, an accessible document or a phone conversation.
Visiting our showroom
Visits to our Showroom and Design Centre are by appointment. Let us know in advance about any accessibility needs, and we will do our best to make your visit comfortable. If the showroom is not suitable for you, we are happy to meet at your home or by video call.
Accessible renovations
Many of our clients plan renovations so they can stay in their homes as their needs change. Our designers can include accessible features in your project, such as curbless showers, wider doorways, grab bar blocking and main-floor living.
