In Mayland Heights, Kay2 turned a dated 1987 house into a modern family home, with three additions and an in-ground pool built beneath it after the foundation was raised. It won BILD Calgary Region Renovator of the Year for 2018, and its basement was named the Best Basement Renovation in Canada at the 2019 CHBA National Awards. In Bridgeland, Kay2 built a five-bedroom inner-city walkout with a loft, a rooftop patio and downtown views from every level.
