Bridgeland Custom Home

Kay2 designed and built this custom home in one of Calgary's most sought-after inner-city neighbourhoods, close to downtown and excellent schools. It was built as an investment property, so it had to appeal to professionals and growing families alike.

The design team oriented every level to the downtown skyline. A designer kitchen with a long island, a custom wet bar, fireplaces and two large decks make it a home for entertaining.

Upstairs, a primary retreat with a five-piece spa ensuite and custom closets leads to a top-floor loft and rooftop patio.
