Lower Springbank Home Addition
A main-floor addition and a new modern exterior, with a kitchen built around a large island, a reworked primary suite and a covered deck facing the mountains.
Kay2 expanded the main floor of this Lower Springbank home, adding space while keeping the layout open. Outside, the house was given a completely new modern look, with new windows, roof and doors.
The kitchen is the centre of the home: a large island for gathering, custom cabinetry and high-end finishes. Modern fireplaces anchor the living areas, and a bright office sits at the front of the house to make the most of natural light. Plaster finishes, hardwood floors and a redesigned front entry and staircase carry through the home.
The primary bedroom, ensuite and walk-in closet were completely reworked. The ensuite has a double vanity with a makeup station and a large custom shower, and the walk-in closet is hidden behind a feature wall in the bedroom. A large covered deck takes in the mountain views.
