1. Consultation
Start with goals, not finishes. What isn't working in the home today, how do you want to live in it in five or ten years, and what absolutely must be included? Bring photos, wish lists and any drawings you already have.
2. Budget
An estimator turns your wish list into a scope and works out what fits your budget. This is the right time to discuss financing and to rank your priorities, so every later decision has a reference point.
3. Design
Detailed architectural drawings come first, then product and fixture selections. Visit the Kay2 Showroom to compare finishes in person. Time allowances are set for permits, material lead times and each phase of work.
4. Build
Site safety, protection of the rest of your home and daily clean-up are planned before demolition. Expect a weekly status email so you always know what's coming and which decisions are due.
5. Completion
A detailed checklist walkthrough, final inspections and sign-off when you are fully satisfied. Keep your project photos and documentation: they are useful for insurance, resale and future work.
