Glenwood Main-Floor Remodel
A load-bearing wall removed, the entry relocated and an unused flex room turned into a mudroom and home office.
The original main floor had a kitchen closed in by a load-bearing wall and a flex room that nobody used.
Kay2's designer reworked the layout. The old entrance was closed and a new one created, leading into a new mudroom and home office. The kitchen wall came out to open the kitchen, living and dining rooms to each other, and the bathroom entrances were reworked.
New hardwood throughout, custom showers, locally made millwork and new lighting completed a brighter, far more functional home.
