We will plan out the next steps together. The main steps include your design, the build itself, and the execution of your project. We will have our designer put together a detailed architectural drawing for you so that you can get a sense of how your space will look upon completion.
We will then discuss product and fixture options that are within your budget, and set reasonable time allowances for various phases of the project. Some of the main factors that can affect your deadline include obtaining permits, ordering materials, and preparing your home for renovation.
Once it’s time to get started on the build itself, we’ll cover what is required for a safe working space for everyone involved and implement a plan that will minimize any inconvenience to you and your family.
We will discuss any foundation, framing, electrical, drywall, and finishings pertaining to your project and ensure that any materials and debris are cleaned up by our crews on a daily basis. We treat your home like it’s our own from start to finish!
We take tremendous pride in our work and may request to take some pictures along the way. Of course, we will also provide you with any photographs taken during the process. We also have a referral program, so please ask us for more details!
